Iv been going to the clinic for about 2years now nice place clean . But that's about it unhappy staff in the reception which doesn't help then you have a1to3 hour sitting around waiting to be seen and hope you get someone who looks like they are happy to be working there . I have had some good service there but lately it not been that good and I'm thinking about somewhere else to go if I can get my records off of them . If you was me I'd look around before useing this clinic
Caring, informative, i required onward treatment and this was dealt with immediately and I had an appointment made for a second clinic 2 hours later. Thank you.
Excellent service, profesional and kind staff
I visited the clinic from advice of my GP. I was told that it should be a waiting list. However, I received a link with my patient number. In my opinion it is an excellent service as gives an opportunity to see what is your number and plan your time. I left the clinic and came back when my number was called for an appointment.
The nurse, Natalie Hardings, provided a services at a very professional level. She solved my problem in a couple of minutes time, and I did not even feel any pain.
I want to thank your Natalie and all clinic staff member for the great care.
I grew old and died before I could be seen. Estimated waiting time board was not updated. Expect to wait for 3 hours and 30 minutes before getting called in and one of the receptionists will lie t you about your queue position so don't bother asking. If you are in 'stream 3' you are told not to leave the clinic incase they call u earlier then your initial Q-position. I was spoken to like a degenerate by the dr on one particular occasion. The sad thing is that no matter which clinic you go to in Southwark yo can expect the same nonsense in all of them. Oh and the fire alarm kept going off.
Burrell street is the best, even free coffee!!!
I arrived at 12pm and was 4th I did not get
seen till 4:30pm absolutely ridiculous their was 3 male nurses and 1 woman nurse who was good but the waiting time in this place is so stupid it's unbelievable!
You need to sort out the waiting time as it is killing You!!!!!
Waited hours
I've waited from 9am and still haven't been seen at 5:30. The queue tracker showed the clinic was getting through one patient an hour in the morning, with a brief flurry of activity at lunch time, then back to a snail's pace. The only warning was 'minimum 3 hours' so I couldn't go to work as it's outside 30mins away. Some idea of timescale for people would be essential. It should be possible to build a very simple algorithm that predicts this and displays an estimated time. I still don't know if I'll be seen today as the clinic shuts soon, my doctor is apparently on a break, and I've been fourth in the queue for over an hour now.
